5-8 weeks for Custom quilting depending on Custom quilt schedule. Custom quilting is scheduled separately because it is mainly done on one machine where we have the best lighting for accuracy. The month where it is scheduled may be 2 months away with a turn around of 4-6 weeks depending on backlog.
Quilt commissions booking require 3-6 months notice.
Mending and restoring estimates are only done after a physical examination of the entire quilt – cannot be done from a photo. Please call if you have questions.
We strive to use the same shipping method our customer used and the same insurance. We normally use USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx for their excellent tracking capabilities. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not share any customer information. We may occasionally ask if we can show your finished quilt on our website but this will only be done with your prior written permission.
